It is with great pleasure that I introduce to you my namesake, Paulina’s Pizzeria. Paulina’s Pizzeria is the result of many hours, days, and months of hard work and planning on the part of my husband, Gary, and me. Our goal is to provide our customers with an outstanding dining experience by providing the best possible gourmet pizzas, other food items, and beverages coupled with great service in a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
About The Food!
We have a passion for eating well. In fact, my husband and I have trekked around the world in search of good places to eat. But when it comes to pizza, we never needed to go any further than our own kitchen. Gary and I make pizza that is second to none.
In our kitchen, dough is made from scratch using a classic recipe. We believe that fresh dough is the first step to a great pizza. Each pizza is made to order. We cover our dough with two types of sauce we make ourselves, regular or spicy; you get to choose which one goes on your pizza. Gary and I have spent many careful hours selecting the toppings we have made available for you. You can be assured that all of our cheeses, meats, and vegetables are some of the best around.

If you’re not in the mood to build your own, I suggest you consider one of our Gourmet Specialty Pizzas. Each is distinctive in its own way. Everyone is sure to find one that will satisfy their taste buds, from the savory Mediterranean Style Pizza with its delicate rosemary seasoning and tasty artichoke hearts to the earthy Alpine Pizza with its mountains of smoked ham and Swiss cheese. Our Alfesto Pizza, made with a combination of our creamy mild garlic Alfredo sauce and our hearty Pesto sauce is a "must try it" menu item. You can get a pepperoni pizza anywhere; why not try something different?
Just in case you came to a pizza place, but had a taste for something else, we have standard and not-so-standard menu choices.
Our appetizers include a savory block of Baked Feta made with extra virgin olive oil and Italian seasonings while our rich and tasty Baked Artichoke Spread is heaven on a slice of bread. You will notice we don’t fry anything at Paulina’s, so you can feel good about yourself.
You will find a variety of salads and soups on our menu. Be sure to try the French Onion Soup, it’s my recipe and I make it from scratch, it’s topped with Swiss cheese toast made to order. Our salads are made fresh daily and go great with Paulina’s homemade Greek Style Dressing.
Stromboli is a featured item for those seeking something different but not wanting to stray that far from pizza. Gary makes this baked offering the old fashioned way, a hearty selection of meats and cheeses rolled in fresh dough with a hint of mustard.
I am also proud that we are serving Pastitsio, the classic Greek macaroni casserole. Ground lamb, Italian seasoning, and cinnamon make it distinctive and allows me to add a little of my own flair to this homemade dish. Rounding out our menu are traditional offerings of tomato-based spaghetti dishes and Alfredo based tortellini dishes with either chicken or shrimp.
Be sure to save some room, Crème Brulee is the house dessert that I make in our kitchen with only the purest ingredients. We always have the original vanilla, but from time to time, I use a Lindt Excellence Bar to make a special batch of Chocolate Crème Brulee. Other special desserts are featured on a rotating basis.
